THE STORY BEHIND OCEAN LOVE DESIGNS

Growing up on Cape Cod, owner Danielle Benton gained a wealth of ocean experience in her life. Growing up in a fishing family and now her own family (two young daughters) is supported by her husband's lobster fishing business. Danielle loves fishing herself and has lobstered, bass fished and currently is oyster fishing when she isn't making jewelry. Danielle has loved surfing since 9 years of age as well as stand up paddling and prone paddling while being an ocean lifeguard. Every piece of jewelry created is inspired from a deep love for the ocean. Danielle was lucky to be a student at Nauset Regional high school where she learned silver smithing techniques. It was much later that Ocean Love Designs came about in 2011.
